SCHEDULE OF THE TRIP

PRICES FOR 2011 FISHING SEASON

Prices in US$  -  Payments are made 50% on booking / 50% at least 30 days prior to arrival

The trip price includes the following:

• All necessary ground transportation and air charters within Brazil (from Manaus-AM)

• 6 days lodging at the Hotel Boat (double occupancy)

• 1 day's lodging at The Taj Mahal Continental or Tropical Hotel (both 5 stars) in Manaus with breakfast on the last day of the trip (double occupancy)

• All meals on board: breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, appetizers at the happy hour, "sashimi" (made with regional fishes)  and, if the weather permits, on the last evening "Jungle Barbecue"

• Open Bar: Beers, wine, Scotch, vodka, Brazilian "cachaça", cocktails, Brazilian  "caipirinhas", regional fruit juices, sodas (regular and diet) and bottled water.

• 5 full days + the last morning of fishing and, if needed, complimentary quality fishing tackle (Shimano, Daiwa, Abu Garcia) and select lures for your use while in Brazil.

• Daily laundry service.

• Brazilian Fishing Licence - valid 1 year (provided by our staff)
  
  and for each double:
   

• Guide service (experienced local guide - English spoken)

• 1 aluminum fishing boat with 18HP gas motor (that's more than enough because the Hotel Boat will be moved near to the fishing spots)

• 1 electric motor (for steering) + 2 batteries

• All gas, battery recharges and baits needed.

Not Included in the package

• Air Tickets, luggage excess fees (maximum 30 Kg or 60 pounds) at the airports, extra consumption at the hotel or at the boat, extra transport.

• Tips - If you receive excellent service and want to give gratuities for guides and staff, an amount of $50~$100 per angler would be appropriate and divided between them.

• Medical Considerations - Most of the rivers where we'll be fishing are black water rivers - that means NO mosquitoes, but the Centers for Disease Control recommend Yellow Fever Vaccination and Malaria Prophylaxis for travelling to the Amazon River Basin. Please consult your physician.

• Passport/Visa costs - All tourists traveling from the U.S. to Brazil must have a valid Passport and Brazilian Visa.

Extras: Exclusive choices of meals and beverages may be brought in by the participants or ordered before shipping off.
 

OBSERVATION
The package rates were based on the prices of January. In case of increase in prices till the date of the trip, the costs will be revised and the passengers notified before shipping.
